What this is (and isn’t)

If you’re tired of random advice and you want a clear plan you can actually follow, this is for you.

This is not a “perfect diet” program. It’s a coaching process designed to help you build skills, get consistent, and keep progressing when life is busy.
 

The coaching process 

I follow a coaching process that’s used for both your Kickoff and every ongoing Check-in.

Kickoff = we establish the action plan.

Check-ins = we update the action plan based on what’s actually happening.

We start by getting the full picture, not just macros and calories
 
  • Assess & gather data: goals, current habits, schedule, preferences, constraints
     
  • Understand & explore: your “deep health” story (stress, sleep, lifestyle, motivation, barriers, strengths)
     
  • Strategize & plan: we translate your goal into an action plan built around skills and practices
     
  • Choose & test: we choose 1–2 small daily actions that you feel highly confident you can do
Progress Check-ins: Update your action plan

This is where results actually get created: consistent reps + smart adjustments.
 
  • Observe & monitor: what you did, what went well, what got in the way (no judgment—just data)
     
  • Analyze & evaluate: what’s working, what isn’t, and why
     
  • Strategize & plan: keep going, or adjust based on outcomes and adherence
     
  • Choose & test: refine the next actions so you stay confident and consistent

Important: In this process there’s no “failure,” only feedback. If something didn’t happen, we use it to make the next step simpler and more realistic.

Who coaching is for

You’ll do well here if you want:
  • A simple plan that matches your schedule, preferences, and constraints

  • Accountability and support you can rely on

  • An approach that focuses on skills and consistency, not extremes

  • A coach who adjusts the plan based on real data (not vibes)

This is probably not for you if you want:
  • A rigid meal plan you must follow perfectly

  • A magic protocol

  • Someone to do the work for you
