1. Do I need a gym or special equipment to follow this program?

No. The training is built so you can do it at home or in a gym. If you have dumbbells or bands, great. If not, bodyweight is enough to get started. Progression matters more than fancy equipment.

 

2. Will I have to track calories or macros every day?

Not for the entirety of the program. There is a phase that is all about tracking though. Otherwise you are provided meal plans that you can follow and adjust portions to fit your needs without tracking. Most people find a happy medium of tracking when they need to move the needle and being mindful the rest of the time. 

 

3. How is this different from a diet?

Most diets cut calories hard and leave you burned out. This program is designed as a reboot — a step-by-step reset that improves your metabolism and energy instead of breaking them down. You’ll eat more strategically, not less, and learn habits you can keep for life.

 

4. What if I have an injury or haven’t worked out in a long time?

Start where you are. The training includes progressions so you can scale intensity up or down. If you’ve been away from exercise, the Reboot helps you build back safely. If you’re more advanced, it will still challenge you.

 

5. How quickly will I see results?


It depends on consistency and your starting point. Most people notice more energy, better sleep, and improved workouts in just a couple weeks. Body composition changes follow with steady practice.
